Placing a wholesale women’s clothing order on ToptanModa is extremely easy. Our platform offers a fast, practical, and secure shopping experience for boutique owners and store operators. You can create your order by following the simple steps below.
1– Create an Account (Recommended)
Before ordering, creating a membership is recommended. With a membership:

✅ You can view your order history
✅ You are notified about special prices and promotions
✅ Order tracking becomes easier
✅ Your customer representative can contact you directly
Membership is not mandatory but highly recommended for a fast and smooth ordering process.
2– Add Products to Cart (Series / Set System)
All prices displayed on our website represent the price of 1 piece.
Wholesale purchases operate under a series (set) system.
Example:
2 Small + 2 Medium + 2 Large = 6 pieces = 1 set
✅ The system automatically calculates the total set price
✅ You can see the exact amount you need to pay in the cart
Series Rules:
* Orders must be placed in multiples of the product’s series (e.g., 4 – 8 – 12 pieces)
* Size distributions inside the set cannot be changed
* Each product’s series and size information is listed below its image
3– Create Cart & Stock Control Process
After adding products:

✅ Set quantities
✅ Total amount
are displayed and you proceed to Confirm Order.
After order confirmation:
✅ Stock control is performed
✅ Final product list is sent by your customer representative
✅ If a color is unavailable, alternatives are offered
✅ Order list is updated based on your approval
✅ Final version is submitted for confirmation

✅ Final amounts are confirmed in line with the current exchange rate

EUR1 & ATR Customs Exemption Certificates
Upon request and for eligible countries, EUR1 and ATR forms can be issued to provide customs tax advantages.
Before packing, the second payment is requested
