Guarantee and Return Conditions
1. Product Inspection
All items are quality-checked before being shipped.
2. Damaged / Missing Item Notification
Please check your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, missing, or incorrect item, you must inform our customer representative within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photo/video proof.
3. Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, general returns are not accepted.
Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange.
4. Used / Washed Items
Used, washed, or tag-removed items cannot be exchanged.
5. Shipping Fee
For approved exchange processes, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
In case of damaged/wrong items sent by us, the cost is covered by the shipping company.
6. Guarantee Process
Our customer representative will assist you promptly with any product-related issue.
