1– Is cash on delivery available?

No. Cash on delivery is not available. Payments can only be made through the options listed on our Payment Methods page.


2– Can I place an order via WhatsApp?

Yes. You can place your orders through our website or via WhatsApp. For WhatsApp orders, stock and price confirmation is provided, and processing begins after payment is received. All WhatsApp orders are invoiced and recorded in the system.


3– What is the minimum order quantity?

For domestic orders, you may purchase starting from 1 series.

For international orders, the minimum purchase amount is 500 USD or 500 EUR.


4– Can I choose the sizes within the series?

No. Products come pre-packed and the sizes inside the series cannot be changed.

If a series contains 6 pieces, you may only order in multiples of the series: 6–12–18, etc.


5– Can I buy just 1 piece for myself?

No. Products are sold only in wholesale and packages cannot be divided.


6– How can I buy without seeing the product?

All product images are original. Additional photos or short videos can be provided upon request.


7– Do all colors in a package come the same?

Yes. All items in a package are the same color, only the sizes differ.


8– Do you send product samples?

No. Since products are sold in series, sample shipments are not available.


9– Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

No. Due to the wholesale structure, returns are not accepted. Only exchanges for defective products are available. Details are provided on the Returns & Exchange Policy page.


10– Can I list the product on my own selling platform and purchase it from you after it sells?

This method is not recommended. Stock may run out or prices may change before you make the sale. For this reason, always get a stock confirmation or purchase the product before listing it.

ToptanModa does not reserve stock.


11– How often are the products updated?

On average, 100–150 new products are added to the system daily.


12– Do you issue invoices?

Yes. All sales are invoiced.


13– Can an order be canceled without payment?

Yes. An order can be canceled before payment is made. Unpaid orders are not considered confirmed and do not grant any reservation rights.


14– Can I visit and select products in person?

No. There is no sales staff available in the warehouses, therefore in-person product selection is not possible.


15– Do you have a physical store? Can we visit?

No. Our physical store was closed in 2023. Shipments are made directly from the central warehouse created by the merger of four companies. This system reduces operational costs and reflects positively on product prices.


16– What is your customer approach?

ToptanModa aims to build long-term business relationships based on trust, not misleading customers. Since sales are made remotely, customers may ask detailed questions. Every question is answered transparently and patiently until the customer is fully satisfied.
