Exchange and Return Rules
DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
Please read this document carefully. This page outlines the rights and obligations regarding delivery, exchange, credit, and return processes for orders placed through www.toptanmoda.net.
ToptanModa is a wholesale platform, and all purchases are considered commercial transactions. Therefore, the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
1. Parties

Buyer:
The boutique owner, store operator, or commercial purchaser placing an order through www.toptanmoda.net
2. Delivery Conditions
* Ordered products are shipped after payment approval and stock–price verification is completed.
* The delivery process is under the responsibility of the selected courier or logistics company.
* ToptanModa is not liable for delays, operational issues, or peak-season disruptions caused by shipping companies; however, customer support and guidance are provided.
* The Buyer must inspect the delivered products within 48 hours.
3. Product Exchange Conditions
ToptanModa does not sell second-quality products.
An exchange process may be initiated under the following conditions:
* Incorrect product sent
* Model, color, or size completely different from the order
* Clear manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be reported in writing within 2 business days of delivery.
If the product is not available in stock, a credit balance may be added to the Buyer’s account.
4. Return Right and Withdrawal
Since ToptanModa operates as a wholesale platform, the 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
Returns are evaluated only in the following cases:
* Wrong product sent
* Clear manufacturing defect
* Product entirely different from the order
Return requests outside these conditions are not accepted.
5. Requirements for Eligible Returns
Products sent for return or exchange must:
* Be unused
* Have intact labels
* Be in original condition
* Include original packaging and all accessories
* Be returned with the invoice
Damaged packages must be opened in the presence of the courier, and a damage report must be filed before accepting delivery.
6. Refunds and Credit Balance
* Due to the commercial nature of the transaction, cash refunds are not obligatory.
* When applicable, the product amount may be credited to the Buyer’s account.
* ToptanModa is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
* Shipping, bank, and transfer fees belong to the Buyer.
7. Return and Exchange Procedure
1. The Buyer reports the return or exchange request via email or WhatsApp.
2. The request is reviewed together with product photos.
3. If needed, the Buyer is contacted for clarification.
4. The evaluation result is shared in writing.
5. Approved products are shipped by the Buyer to the specified address.
